Thing, No! A Mischievous Cat

“Don't worry, it's noTHING!”

Welcome to a mischievous stealth-comedy about a cat named Thing who is the only piece of evidence in a massive lease violation. You live in a “No Pets Allowed” apartment and your owner doesn’t want to get caught with you.

As Thing, your mission is simple: Embrace your chaotic instincts and reach the Ultimate Mischief Goal. Push the limits and test your owner’s patience. But be warned, the owner is definitely on edge! If you’re caught in the act 9 times, it’s game over and no treats for a week. Can you reach the high score before your 9 lives run out?

How to Play

1) Unzip the folder and run

2) The Goal: Cause enough mischief to reach the target score!

3) The Risk: Every time you make a mess, the Owner will rush to investigate. If they catch you, they’ll shout “No! Thing!” and you lose one of your 9 lives - HIDE IN THE SHADOWS so the owner won't see you

4) Controls:

• WASD/Arrow Keys: Move Thing (move into the shadows in order to hide)
• Spacebar: Pounce
• E: Interact and Break

5) Winning: Reach the point threshold to prove you’re the master of the house

6) Losing: If you lose all 9 lives, you don’t get your treats!
